The 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held at Dial Regional Sports Complex in Penguin on Tuesday December 5th, starting at 7pm.
The following committee positions are up for re-election:
- Patron
- President
- Vice President (2 Positions)
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Publicity Officer
- Handicapper
- General Committee Member (3 positions)
The committee meets every month at 6:30pm in Penguin, with meetings ranging from one to two hours. Attendance can either be in person or via Microsoft Teams. We also communicate between meetings on Microsoft Teams. Attending meetings every month is not required, so if you feel like you want to help out then we would love to have you!
