Dear Member,
This is formal notice (as per our Constitution) of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the PCCCT Running Club.
This will be held at the Dial Park Function Room (Penguin Football Club) on Tuesday, December 8 commencing at 7pm.
These include the:
The following positions will be vacant and up for election:
- Patron
- President
- Vice President (2 positions)
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Publicity Officer
- Handicapper
- Auditor
- General Committee
- 3 positions (2-year term)
Apart from where indicated, all terms are for 12 months. Please contact me (jason.scott@pccct.org) or another committee member if you would like further information.
Nomination for committee forms must be received by the Club no later than Saturday 28th November (10 days before the meeting).

We would appreciate feedback on the 2026 season and any suggestions for 2027. Please come along and share your opinion.
