This is formal notice (as per our Constitution) of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the PCCCT Running Club.
This will be held at the Penguin Football Club on Wednesday, December 3 commencing at 7pm.
These include the:
The following positions will be vacant and up for election:
- Patron
- President
- Vice President (2 positions)
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Publicity Officer
- Handicapper
- Auditor
- General Committee
- 3 positions (2-year term)
Apart from where indicated, all terms are for 12 months. Please contact me (jason.scott@pccct.org) or another committee member if you would like further information.
Nomination for committee forms must be received by the Club no later than Sunday 23rd November (10 days before the meeting).

We would appreciate feedback on the 2025 season and any suggestions for 2026. Please come along and share your opinion.
