SUNDAY, MARCH 14 – Wivenhoe, Burnie SportsPower 5km Handicap $300. Meet at the recreation ground. A course from the ground, along Fern Glade Road and return. Trophy sash and $200 prizemoney Burnie SportsPower. 2019 winner: Vicky Knapman. Nominated time event.

FRIDAY, MARCH 19 – Don, Cradle Coast Sports and Events 7km Handicap $300. Meet at Don Cricket Ground. An interesting out-and-back course on walking tracks in the area. Trophy, sash and $200 prizemoney Cradle Coast Sports and Events. PLEASE NOTE 6:00PM START FOR THIS EVENT. 2019 winner: Sven Mason. Nominated time event.

SUNDAY, MARCH 28 – Port Sorell, Glow Cosmetics 7km Handicap $300. Meet at South Esplanade. Flat circuit course. Trophy, sash and $200 prizemoney Glow Cosmetics. 2019 winner: Kyle Groenewege. Nominated time event.

SUNDAY, APRIL 11 – (Trail run) Spreyton, Spreyton Cider Company 5km Handicap $300. Meet at Spreyton Cider Company, Sheffield Road, Spreyton. Trophy, sash and $200 prizemoney Spreyton Cider Company. PLEASE NOTE 11:00AM START FOR THIS EVENT 2019 winner: John Purton. Nominated time event.

SUNDAY, APRIL 18 – Wynyard, Findex 8.5km Handicap $300. Meet at Wynyard wharf. A picturesque course utilising walking tracks beside the Inglis River, starting and finishing at Gutteridge Gardens. Trophy, sash and $200 prizemoney Findex. 2019 winner: Ken Williams. Nominated time event.

SUNDAY, APRIL 25 – (Trail run) Fernglade, Wilkinson’s Pharmacy 6km Handicap $300. Meet at the Pony Club Ground. An out-and-back course within the Fernglade area. Trophy, sash and $200 prizemoney Wilkinsons Pharmacy. PLEASE NOTE 1:00PM START FOR THIS EVENT 2019 winner: Andrew Bates. Nominated time event.

SUNDAY, MAY 2 – Burnie, High on Penguin Burnie to Ridgley Mountain Classic 16.5km Handicap $500. Meet at Burnie Park. Uphill to Ridgley via West Park Grove, Mooreville Road and West Mooreville Road. SUNDAY, MAY 9 – Devonport, Physiotas City of Devonport 10km Handicap $400. Meet at Devonport Bluff. An out-and-back course in the Coles Beach area. SUNDAY, MAY 16 – Devonport, 5km Handicap. Meet at the Devonport Bluff. A fast, four lap course circuit. (A) Everyday Lions Female Handicap $300. Trophy, sash and $200 prizemoney Everyday Lions. SUNDAY, MAY 23 – Stanley, Dowling McCarthy Tyres/Hanson Family ‘Steve Hanson Memorial’ Ace of Green Hills 8km Handicap $500. Meet at Stanley Oval. A circuit course around Green Hills. SUNDAY, MAY 30 – Ulverstone, Greg and Dianne Woodhouse Marathon Handicap 42.195km $400. Meet at River Park, River Road, Ulverstone. Out-and-back course. Entries close May 23. Entry fee: $20. SUNDAY, JUNE 6 – Burnie, Sea-Lyons Swim School 6km Handicap $500. Meet at Romaine Park. Circuit course using tracks in the Park. Trophy, sash and $400 prizemoney Sea-Lyons Swim School. 2019 winner at West Park: Danielle Newall. Nominated time event.

MONDAY, JUNE 14 – Eugenana, LifeVantage Independent Distributor (Susan Moodie) 5km Handicap $300. Meet at the Tasmanian Arboretum. Circuit course using tracks in the Arboretum. SUNDAY, JUNE 20 – Burnie, Paine Family Memorial 10km Handicap $900. Meet at Council Depot, Three Mile Line, Burnie. Hilly course over Mooreville and West Mooreville Roads. Trophy, sash and $800 prizemoney Paine Family. 2019 winner: Judy Ray. Nominated time event.

SUNDAY, JUNE 27 – Somerset, Ray Spinks/CRC 12km Handicap $400. Meet at Somerset Soccer Ground. A hilly course over country roads. Trophy, sash and $300 prizemoney Raymond Spinks and CRC. 2019 winner: Tim Dowling. Nominated time event.

SUNDAY, JULY 4 – West Ulverstone, Virtual Runs Australia 5km Handicap $300. Meet at Tobruk Park. Out and back course using paths in West Ulverstone. PLEASE NOTE: THIS WILL BE A MASS START, SEALED HANDICAP EVENT. Trophy, sash and $200 prizemoney Virtual Runs Australia. SUNDAY, JULY 25 – Somerset, Somerset Pharmacy 10km Handicap $400. A challenging course taking in Back Cam Road and Murchinson Highway. Meet at the Cam River. Trophy, sash and $300 prizemoney Brad Nolan, Somerset Pharmacy. 2019 winner: Simon Gates. Nominated time event.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 1 – Gunns Plains ‘Kevin Burn Memorial’ Pathway Therapies/Brown Family 13.5km Handicap $600. Meet at Wings Wildlife Park. A flat circuit course. Trophy, sash and $500 prizemoney Pathway Therapies and Bob and Darren Brown. 2019 winner: Kelly Baxter. Nominated time event.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 15 – Turners Beach, AJL Lifestyle/AJL Yamaha 21.1km Half Marathon Handicap $1000. Meet at Turners Beach Football Oval. An out-and-back course. ENTRIES CLOSE AUGUST 8. RACE ENTRY $10. SUNDAY, AUGUST 15 – Turners Beach, Salty & Stevo  21.1km Half Marathon Teams’ Handicap $600. Meet at Turners Beach Football Oval. Teams of two run as a relay. ENTRIES CLOSE AUGUST 8. RACE ENTRY $6 per person. $600 prizemoney John Saltmarsh and Kim Steven.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 22 – Burnie, McLean, McKenzie and Topfer Big Six 6km Handicap $400. Meet at Netball Centre, Howe Street. A circuit course using Bass Highway and Brickport Road. SUNDAY, AUGUST 29 – Turners Beach, Rod and Judith Priestley 7km Handicap $300. Meet at the Berry Patch, Turners Beach. A flat, out-and-back course. Trophy, sash and $200 prizemoney Rod and Judith Priestley. 2019 East Devonport 8km winner: Mary-Lou Troughton. Nominated time event.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 5 – Railton, Anvers Confectionery 10km Handicap $300. Meet at Goliath Park, Railton. A picturesque, undulating course over track and country roads. Trophy, sash and $200 prizemoney Ancers Confectionery. 2019 winner: Michelle D’Monte. Nominated time event.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 12 – Devonport/Burnie Toyota/Wild Ride Cycles Wynyard to Burnie FEATURE RACE 17.6km Handicap $1000. The major event of the season starting at the Wynyard Wharf and finishing at West Beach, Burnie. ENTRIES CLOSE AUGUST 29.
